Phala Network Shifts to Ethereum L2; PHA Tokens Migrate to vPHA

Phala Network's community has approved a full migration from the Polkadot ecosystem to an Ethereum Layer 2 solution. As part of this transition, current PHA token holders will receive new vPHA ERC-20 tokens at a 1:1 ratio.
